Summer Holiday Multisport Camp 2024 - for ages 5 years to 16 years 3 Weeks x 5-Day Multisport Camp (flexi-booking welcome): Week 1: Monday 29th July - Friday 2nd August 2024 (5 Days) Week 2: Monday 5th August - Friday 9th August 2024 (5 Days) Week 3: Monday 12th August - Friday 16th August (5 Days) *BOOKING LAUNCH: Sunday 9th June 2024 @7pm via https://wirralmultisports.class4kids.co.uk *nb you will not be able to book before this date/time - camp will display as full until launch. £15 per child, per day. 9am - 3pm. Packed lunch and water bottle required. Please also ensure your child is well protect from the sun with hat and block (bringing additional sun block if required). Sibling discount: Our daily rate remains extremely competitive with cost remaining high, so our scope for discount is limited. We can, however, offer a full camp discount for siblings. If you have siblings attending for the full 15 days, the total cost will reduce from £450 to £410 - a £40 saving. Complimentary early drop off remains available - gates will open at 8:30am - No booking required for early drop off. *NB - We anticipate huge demand and a sell out to capacity, so prompt booking is recommended. Flexi-booking welcome - any days from any weeks. Capacity will be capped at 100 children per day to ensure the highest quality of provision within our coach-to-child ratio requirements. As the weather improves we remain committed to offering a variety of high energy, high quality, fun, indoor and outdoor sports and physical activities. This include cancellation/refund policies. ________________________________________________________ Wirral Multi-Sports is a school holiday multisport provision offering the opportunities to participate in a huge variety of indoor and outdoor sporting games and coaching workshops during each given school holiday day. Activities include, but are certainly not restricted to: Trampolining (Hilbre), Varieties of Football, Dance (in specialist dance studio), Dodgeball, Basketball, Gymnastics, Badminton, Table Tennis, Fitness Circuits, Tennis, Hockey, Free running ... and MANY MORE! Our competitively priced, affordable provision keeps your children safe and active whilst helping parents/carers with the school holiday/work juggle...or heaven forbid, just to give you a well earned break. Our fantastic, fun provision allows all children, of different ages to develop sport-specific skills as well as developing other key attributes: important social & emotional traits, self esteem, confidence, teamwork, leadership, communication...to name but a few proven developmental benefits. A really fun way for kids to keep healthy & active and make new friends in school holidays.

Free early drop facility - Gates will open at 8:30 (no booking required)
Non negotiable Capacity capped at a reduced 100 - we anticipate a big uptake so early booking advisable to avoid disappointment.
Booking Launch: Sunday 19th June @ 7pm - Camp will show as full until booking goes live.
Payment deadline: Friday 22nd July. We will be running a waiting list please email wirralmultisports@gmail.com to be added to this - allocated on a first come first served basis.
Booking launch will go live on: Sunday 19th June @ 7pm - you will only be able to book from this time and date (it will appear as full until booking opens) - using our self-serve Class4Kids booking system - Click the INFO & BOOKING below and/or BOOK NOW above.
Places are automatically allocated on a first come first served basis so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
We will be running for the first full 3 weeks of Wirral's Summer Holiday (Monday 25th July - Friday 12th August 2022 *less weekends). Please check dates carefully.
Despite relaxing of various aspects of covid rules - Wirral Multi-Sports remains committed to the safest of best practice and so we will retain our age-bubble grouping structure.
We will open our gates at 8:30am for free early drop off - no booking required.
Where possible we ask you to still informally try to drop children off at the most convenient to you of the following 10 minute drop off times: 8:30 / 8:40 / 8:50 / 9:00 / 9:10+. This will still assist in reducing queuing congestion.
Where queues form, we ask you to respect others in the queue and maintain a safe social distance whilst queuing.
We run an automatic opt-in to photography permission. Photographs are often taken during active sessions and may feature you child. These photos are used for social media updates/marketing/WMS & Hilbre High School websites. If you DO NOT wish your child to feature please state your child's name and 'OPT OUT' by text to 07557053602 (we ask you to do this at each camp as preference can change and we do not have a facility retain this setting so it ensures your preference is met - apologies if this causes you inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding and effort).
General Info:
Children register to the right rear car park directly in to the PE department.
Children will be given an age appropriate bubble on the morning during registration.
Please provide a water bottle clearly labelled with your child’s name.
Please provide packed lunch - food must never be shared.
Please read the terms and conditions when prompted to do so within the booking process as these include comprehensive cancellation policy terms.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking and/or request a child to be collected whereby their behaviour persistently becomes disruptive to the camp as a whole and or/ in any instance whereby poor behaviour creates a risk to harm of themselves and/or others. Wirral Multi-Sports takes a pragmatic approach and we pride ourselves on our support to children in their social and emotional development, but, this is not school and we request a child to be collected if these breaches are deemed significant, persistent or serious. We have a responsibility to ensure every child has a positive experience on our camps. In these instances payment will be sacrificed.
