Pre Booking:
Booking Launch: Sunday 14th June 2026 @ 7pm - Camp will show as full until booking goes live. As soon as booking is live, if you cannot select a day it means it is full.
Non negotiable Capacity capped at a reduced 100 - we anticipate a high uptake so early booking advisable to avoid disappointment.
Places are automatically allocated on a first come first served basis so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Available Discount:
A booking of 2 siblings for the full 15 days will receive a £30 discount from the total booking. A further £15 will be discounted to further siblings booked for the full 15 days. All discounts are subject to siblings attending the full 15 days. Discount is forfeited, as applicable, where days are cancelled.
This is not automatically applied so if you qualify please do not pay until your booking total has been reduced.
Discount options are limited in order for us to remain at the extremely competitive cost of £15 p/d.
Post Booking:
Free of charge, early drop-off facility - Gates will open at 8:30.
Children register to the right rear Hilbre High School car park, directly in to the PE department.

We now operate a dual registration desk which has reduced queuing time drastically. You may still experience a queue due to the popularity of the provision. Our complimentary 8:30 drop off allows time for your child to start as close to the 9am start time as possible.
There is no obligation for you to queue with your child once in the perimeter of the secured fence, however WMS can only assume responsibility of your child once they have registered with the Head Coach at the registration desk.
Children will be given an age appropriate group on the morning during registration.
Where applicable, Hilbre High September starters will be grouped together automatically to assist transition.
We welcome requests for friendship groups/siblings to be grouped together.
Please note - if there is a difference in age with the grouping request, an older child will move to the younger group for safety. This may compromise the child's experience.
Please provide a water bottle clearly labelled with your child’s name.
Please provide packed lunch - food must never be shared.
Sun Safety - Please ensure you provide/apply a suitable sun screen to your child.
Please read the terms and conditions when prompted to do so within the booking process as these include comprehensive cancellation policy terms.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking and/or request a child to be collected whereby their behaviour persistently becomes disruptive to the camp as a whole and or/ in any instance whereby poor behaviour creates a risk to harm of themselves and/or others. Wirral Multi-Sports takes a pragmatic approach and we pride ourselves on our support to children in their social and emotional development, but, this is not school and we request a child to be collected if these breaches are deemed significant, persistent or serious. We have a responsibility to ensure every child has a positive experience on our camps. In these instances payment will be sacrificed.
Photo permissions are based on the preference you chose when registering your Class4Kids booking page. These can be updated by you any time.
WMS camps have the ideal of inclusivity at the heart of all we attempt to achieve. We have welcomed many SEND children on to our camps and seen many of them prosper greatly as a result of a great time. Please be reminded though, that WMS is not exclusively a SEND provision and whilst we will make every effort possible to do so, we may conclude that we cannot meet the individual and specific needs of your child. If this is the case, we will discuss this with you and possibly recommend a ceasing of participation, particularly where the experience of your child, or the wider attending body, may be compromised.
